1.0 X-PV profile welding machine

INGENIA 1.0 X-PV plastic welding machines are of the modular type for welding any kind of profile, small moulded parts and short boards. In so doing, the welding cycle runs automatically; the vital parameters are set by means of the display. An integrated PLC controls the machines. All operating elements are on the operating panel.

A foot-operated switch activates the clamping operation. Times are set on the display.
The heating element temperature is shown on the display and entered.
